South Side of Mt Baker

Paul Belitz, Jeff Manor

Jeff and I finally went skiing again. The driving was 'interesting' through the deep snow. After an hour of digging the car out and turning it around, we skinned to Cragview, at 6500 feet. The weather alternated between snow flurries and sunshine, but a whiteout rolled in right as we started skiing.

The fresh snow had turned into crust over glop up high. Down low we still found some nice powdery stuff.

Dynafit TLT4 boots deserve to be burned in a raging inferno. Light is WRONG, give me my Denalis any day.

Here are some pics.
